(Photograph) - Chelsea College of Art and Design may move to the Royal Army Medical College at Millbank (above), next to the Tate Gallery, London. The multi-million pound move would enable the college, part of the London Institute, to move from its four existing sites to one. Westminster Council is conducting a public consultation on the future of the medical college.
