Call for the expressions of interest n ° 2002/ECFIN/02
The European Commission is issuing a "Call for expressions of interest" with a view to the possibility of subsequently conducting studies, research and surveys and carrying out programme-evaluation and communication activities on economic, monetary and financial policy or a number of its aspects and the consequences resulting therefrom.

[...] 3. Areas of study, research, surveying and programme evaluation: (see Annex I) The Commission may conclude negotiated contracts or issue restricted calls for tender with a view to selecting candidates able to demonstrate their competence and experience in the following fields:
A - Analysis tools and data banks
B - Macroeconomic policies in the EMU
C - International economic and monetary questions
D - Structural policies
E - Financial markets
F - Communication activities.
