The Mathematical Sciences Programmes are offering Statistical Mobility Fellowships to enable researchers without a permanent position and from a non-statistics background to move into statistics within 10 years of completing their PhD. The fellowship will be for 3 years with the expectation that in the first year the fellow will familiarise him/herself with the necessary statistical training while the second and third year will be spent carrying out research involving substantial innovation in statistical theory or methodology.
