The Commonwealth Institute is promoting a virtual content debate on its website - created by education specialist Keith Yeomans. Mr Yeomans will be online today on the eCommonwealth website between 12pm and 2pm to take questions and contributions to the debate on the future of learning in the 54 member countries.
