The THES Internet Service, Thesis, is to provide the Internet presence for Sir Ron Dearing's National Committee of Inquiry into Higher Education. From mid-September, users will be able to find out about the committee and its work and print out forms enabling them to send to the committee their views on the way ahead for higher education.
