Lottery fund gives Pounds 32 million for 66 schemes

* The Heritage Lottery Fund this week announced 66 new grants totalling Pounds 32 million. This brings the number of projects backed by the fund to 2,188 with a combined value of Pounds 1.15 billion. Projects include a Pounds 3 million scheme to create an electronic network linking every Scottish archive and making it available on the internet and Pounds 2 million for a new museum in Ludlow, West Midlands, to house important geological collections.
