A reference guide that aims to help book lovers discover new authors by recommending 12 alternatives for each of almost 2,000 fiction writers has just appeared in its sixth edition. "Who Else Writes Like ...?", published by LISU, the research and information centre for library and information services at Loughborough University, was compiled by Roy and Jeanne Huse. The latest edition includes 500 new author entries, an index of pseudonyms, authors who write for both children and adults, and writers whose work is suitable for teenagers.
