Milking it: public understanding of science infiltrated the largest public art event, the CowParade, at its Edinburgh launch. Glasgow University researchers Gordon Barr and Andy Parkin created Chem-moo-stry.org to publicise ScotChem, Scotland's research pooling initiative.
