Odds and quads

These works all form part of the New Hall Art Collection, one of the most significant assemblages of women's art in Europe. It is housed in what is now Murray Edwards College, one of the University of Cambridge's three remaining women-only colleges.

Assembled through gifts and loans from artists and alumnae since 1986, it now consists of around 400 pieces including ceramics, collage and textiles, as well as print, painting, sculpture and photography.

World-renowned figures such as Maggi Hambling, Dame Paula Rego and Judy Chicago have all donated works.
