Project to tempt talented foreigners gets Pounds 11m

All four UK higher education funding bodies have agreed to continue funding the Overseas Research Students Awards Scheme designed to attract the best research students from abroad. They will contribute Pounds 11 million to ORSAS in 1997/98.
