Seeds - inspections in third countries (Extract from Report on the Agriculture Council, 16 Dec)

The Council adopted a Decision on the equivalence of field inspections carried out in third countries on seed-producing crops and on the equivalence of seed produced in third countries (doc. 15269/02 ).
