Stamp it out in Wales

Peter Black, Welsh Liberal Democrat education spokesman, has called on Welsh universities to help eradicate bullying after The Times Higher exposed the extent of the problem. He said: "The figures the survey quotes and the misery that lies behind them, are of deep concern."
