Strike leaders were unfairly dismissed

Two union leaders were unfairly dismissed by Southwark College, a London employment tribunal has ruled. Andrea Kenneally and David Jenkins, both Natfhe branch officers, were dismissed following a ten-week strike at the college which they led. The tribunal found that the lecturers could have been found suitable alternative employment.
