A research centre at the University of Nottingham that examines the effects of globalisation has opened a new branch at the university's campus near Kuala Lumpur, in Malaysia. The Leverhulme Centre for Research on Globalisation and Economic Policy was officially opened this week. Its director, David Greenaway, said it would provide exciting research opportunities for staff to generate and study new sources of data.
