Global research gateway ingenta has launched the most comprehensive articles linkage service on the web, with about 5 million references and 20 million summaries with full text articles. The service has developed technology that extracts references from PDF (portable document format) files. The technology will be extended to include other data, including 3-D images, video and audio files.
