EDUCATION and drugs have been highlighted as the most important issues facing young people by a British Youth Council survey. A quarter of the 500 16 to 25-year-olds polled said that education was most important. But nearly two thirds were against tuition fees. Twenty one per cent said that drugs were their main concern; 52 per cent said cannabis ought to be decriminalised. Seven out of ten thought that the under-25s should get a national minimum wage.
