Graduates are demanding more flexible working arrangements from employers in a bid to reduce stress and long hours.
A survey of 2,000 employees aged 16 to 24, for information technology firm Unisys, found that 70 per cent believe more could be done to improve their work-life balance. Bob Illingworth, human resources director for Unisys, said companies must offer more flexible working to attract top graduates.
