This global event brings together those working for big tech, government, NGOs and academia to enable conversations that will set out the sector’s challenges and identify how different industries can collaborate to develop effective solutions.
There will be more than 40 speakers, 20 sessions and 250 attendees from higher education, healthcare providers, public sector, health technology and pharma.
The event’s themes are:
- New technologies for remote monitoring
- The future of telehealth and digital medicine
- Revolutionising data management for healthcare
Charlotte Coles, THE’s Director of global events, said:
"Advancements in digital health technologies promise myriad ways to accelerate progress towards achieving health-related Sustainable Development Goals by 2030. We’re incredibly excited to be launching this new initiative with Stanford Healthcare Innovation Lab to support greater collaboration between academia, industry and civil society in the research and development of quality-assured digital health solutions. The event will provide many opportunities to equip forward-thinking digital health leaders with the latest insight and strategies to adopt new technologies and plan for a fairer, safer, healthier future."
Michael Snyder, Faculty director, Stanford Healthcare Innovation Lab, said:
“Big data and AI will be essential for tracking your health and guideline everything you do in your lifestyle: the foods you eat, your exercise and sleep and the timing of these activities.”
“Digital Health 2024 is not just an event - it's a platform for collaboration, inspiration, and forging connections that will reverberate far beyond these discussions. Together, we have the power to shape the future of healthcare and revolutionize how we approach well-being.”
