关于 Universitas Andalas
Universitas Andalas was the island of Sumatra’s first university and was established in 1956. The university’s main campus, Unand Limau Manis, campus is located about 15km east of the city of Padang and covers 500 hectares.
The university offers both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, Universitas Andalas has 16 faculties, including: agriculture, medicine, law, mathematics and natural sciences,
economics, farming, cultural studies, social and political sciences, technique, pharmacy, agricultural technology, nursing, public health, information technology, and dentistry.
In addition to its 16 faculties, Universities Andalas offers professional courses in pharmacy, dentistry, medicine, nursing and accountancy.
Many programmes are taught in English and a range of languages for those who do not speak Indonesian.
Padang is West Sumatra’s capital and largest city sandwiched between the Indian Ocean and the Minangkabau Hills.
