California State University, Fresno

The California State University, Fresno is located in Fresno, California. It is one of the 23 campuses that comprise the California State University system.

There are eight schools and colleges at the university including Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology, arts and humanities, Craig School of Business, Kremen School of Education and Human Development, Lyles College of Engineering, health and human services, science and mathematics, social sciences.

There are a range of facilities on the campus include the Downing planetarium, raisin and wine grape vineyards, a commercial winery, the Henry Madden library and an arboretum which is home to more than 100 species of trees. Students can book to do a walking tour through the arboretum.

The Student Involvement Center plans a range of extracurricular activities for students including homecoming week, vintage days, commencement, and many others. The Student Recreation Centre is home to the many sports facilities that students can use including full-size basketball courts, a dance studio, an indoor running track, two racquetball courts, aerobic equipment and weight-lifting machines.

There are a range of clubs and societies that students can join including the Asian student association, beekeeping club, food science club, recycling club and robotics society among many others.
