All white, not all right (2 of 2)

You report that 76 per cent of UK professors are white men. Unfortunately, that is not surprising. Indeed, it really understates the problem because in addition, very few of them have beards, either. The clean-shaven white man in a suit syndrome continues to be a depressing feature of British life.
