As someone who has spent their life teaching international students, I read your editorial of 22 April with interest. I agree with you that we cannot ignore facts, but where are the facts that support your assertion that too many overseas students are "let down by agents making false promises and by prospectuses painting deceptively rosy pictures of what they will get for their high fees"?
