Your article about the Centre for the Study of Muslim-Jewish Relations (News, July 20) stated that it is part of Cambridge University. However, the centre is an independent educational charity based in Cambridge but not within the university. You also stated the centre has powers to "award" a qualification of the university's Institute of Continuing Education to students. Although there may be arrangements for teaching with partners, the institute owns and awards such qualifications.
