I have no problem guessing that John Jost is on the “Left” (Opinion, June 15). I can almost hear his teeth grinding as he writes almost neutral remarks about the Right.
Most self-confessed liberals hold prejudicial attitudes about those who do not agree with “liberal” attitudes to sex and towards religions.
Such prejudices are denied by the claim that liberals “are significantly less likely
to hold prejudicial attitudes”.
We all have prejudices. However, some people are aware of them, and they
are able to evaluate their actions.
