The most interesting feature of your recent revamp is the index. Close study suggests that it lists names of institutions and broad subject areas, although "Reading" remains ambiguous since this week (7 February) one page thus indexed carries a report that an academic from Reading University has won a grant to study reading ... One might speculate that new ranking metrics could be derived from this feature: no doubt marketing departments are already studying the numbers. But Jamie Targett would be disappointed: I have yet to see Poppleton appear.
