Valid definitions? 2

It seems bizarre that as Open University validation services' appointed external examiner at the Kolding Kobmandsskole, I was not contacted by the QAA audit team. I realise that the audit is concerned with quality processes and procedures, but I would have thought that actual standards in the accredited institution are what really matters.
