How to participate?

Thank you for your interest in participating in the development of the inaugural THE Online Learning Rankings. More and more universities are providing in Online Learning to expand access to education, cater to diverse learning styles, and enhance the flexibility of the learning experience. Your contribution will allow us to benchmark the successes and challenges of Online Learning on a global basis for the first time.

To be eligible for participation in the Online Learning Rankings an institution must:

• Hold a valid accreditation from their national body and be of good academic standing.
• Offer online undergraduate and/or postgraduate degree programmes.
• Distribute the student survey to their applicable students in online programmes.

Your participation in this data collection process is crucial to make the Online Learning Rankings comprehensive and accurate. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to showcase your institution's excellence and contribute to the global landscape of higher education.

You will need to register a data provider who will act as the survey contact to distribute the student survey and enter data in our secure data collection portal. We will provide you with portal access information and login credentials shortly before the data collection opening in April 2024.
