ARTIST AND THE MOON

The Museum of the History of Science is hosting an exhibition to mark the 250th anniversary of the birth of John Russell, entitled "The Artist and the Moon". The exhibition continues until January , 1996, and the museum is open Tuesday to Saturday 12noon until 4pm. Admission is free. PUBLIC RELATIONS

Heist and the University of Central England in Birmingham have jointly organised a one-day conference on "Public Relations for Personal Assistants", which will be held at the Botanical Gardens in Edgbaston on December 4. The conference will cover the following topics: dealing with advertising sales; dealing with journalists; how to deal with complaints; writing and editing student recruitment literature. SKILL STUDENT CONFERENCE

Hereward College, Coventry will host a conference organised by the National Bureau for Students with Disabilities to enable students to share experiences and gather information enabling them to develop successful policies and practices for disabled students in their institution.
