70% love their work

Most further education staff would recommend their college as "a good place to work", according to a report from the Learning and Skills Development Agency. The agency's annual staff satisfaction survey, published this week, showed that 70 per cent of further education college staff agreed with the statement: "I enjoy my job." Most also agreed that: "I would recommend my college as a good place to work."
