Representatives of hundreds of students from the Republic of Congo-Brazzaville studying in Bulgaria and Romania have sent a letter to the secretary general of the Organisation of African Unity in Addis Ababa protesting against the failure of their government to pay scholarships and bursaries for more than six months.
