Admissions show rise

Figures published by the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service this week show that the total number of people who have been accepted to university or college so far stands at 331,0. This represents an overall increase of 3.4 per cent (10,844) compared with the same time last year. To date, 14,254 students have found a course through clearing.
