Academics at two universities have led a project to produce a series of books to help psychology students bridge the gap between school and university. The eight books - each written by a specialist who teaches and researches at university level - cover key topics in the discipline including health, research methods, sport, intelligence, media, forensics, addiction and relationships. Nigel Holt, senior lecturer in psychology at Bath Spa University, co-edited the series, entitled Insights in Psychology, with Rob Lewis, a lecturer at the University of Wales, Cardiff.
