Former Yugoslav president and academic Dobrica Cosic, who once proposed partioning Kosovo, has joined judges, academics and intellectuals on the council of Otpor, the Serbian resistance movement. Otpor activists across Yugoslavia have been subject to a wave of arrests and brief detentions.
