The Serbian student-led opposition movement Otpor has launched its campaign against federal Yugoslav president Slobodan Milosevic in the snap election that he has called for September. Otpor's slogan is "He is finished". The movement estimates that about 10,000 of its supporters will take an active part in pre-election publicity campaign and canvassing.
