Pseudonyms chosen by contributors to the website www.bulliedacademics.blogspot.com suggest that revolution is in the air in the fight against bullying in higher education.
The site's founder goes by the name of Pierre-Joseph Proudhon (1809-65), the French political philosopher famed for his assertion that "property is theft" and said to be the first person to call himself an "anarchist".
Another poster is Peter Kropotkin (1842- 1921), one of the first advocates of anarchist communism; and a third is Louise Michel (1830-1905), one of the French Communards.
