Caps and growls

The National Union of Students has launched a campaign to prevent the future removal of the cap on top-up fees for English undergraduates. The Government's £3,000 a year variable fees policy will be reviewed in 2008. The NUS is joined by a coalition including the AUT and Natfhe.
