Christ's tops Cams' league

Undergraduate exam successes have pushed Christ's College to the top of this year's Tompkins table, the unofficial ranking of Cambridge University's colleges.

The table, compiled by awarding each college points according to student degree class, revealed that more than 30 per cent of Christ's and second-ranked Trinity's students had gained firsts. The average for the university was 21 per cent.
