Into University Partnerships, a private provider of preparatory courses for international students, has announced a partnership with City University London. Julius Weinberg, acting vice-chancellor of City, said: "More than ever, UK universities need to address how they attract, support and retain international students. City believes that joint ventures with international education partners can offer a solution." Into said it is now working with eight universities: East Anglia, Exeter, Newcastle, Glasgow Caledonian, Manchester, Queen's Belfast and Oregon State in the US, as well as City.
