The Commonwealth Fund’s Harkness Fellowships in Health Care Policy provide an opportunity for mid-career professionals from Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom to spend up to 12 months in the United States, conducting original research and working with leading U.S. health policy experts.

Fellows can expect to gain an in-depth under-standing of the U.S. health care system and policy challenges, enhance their methodological skills, and develop valuable contacts and opportunities for ongoing cross-national exchange and collaboration.

Applications are now invited for fellowships of up to US$85,000 (£55,000) for terms of nine to 12 months, with a minimum stay of six months in the United States required.
