A new centre to promote the use of computers for teachers is to be set up at the University of Brighton. The centre, which will focus on art and design, is the first to be based at a university under the Computers in Teaching Initiative, with support from the English, Welsh and Scottish funding councils and the Department of Education in Northern Ireland.
