Brussels, 12 Jun 2006
On 21 and 22 June a conference on the forthcoming seventh Framework Programme (FP7) will be held in Weimar, Germany. The event will give participants a concrete look at FP7, but from a German perspective. The broad range of speakers, which will include representatives from the European Commission, and Ministry officials, will ensure participants gain a good understanding of funding opportunities and participation rules of the new programme.
Other conference topics include an update on the development of the European Research Area, the specific programme 'People: Mobility' in FP7 and the establishment of a European Research Council.
