A magnetic bra developed with help from a team at Coventry University is being hailed for giving older women back their independence. The bra, which has magnetic fastenings, was brought to market by Coventry's Health Design Technology Institute, in collaboration with Adaptawear, a private firm. Guy Smallman, the institute's commercial development director, said: "We are here to support small and medium-sized enterprises in designing products and services that will significantly improve community healthcare."
