Baroness Blackstone launched a blueprint for national learning credits last week. Universities and colleges will use the national credit framework to measure students' achievements. The final report of the government-funded Inter-Consortium Credit Agreement Project proposes a set of definitions and principles on the meaning and use of credit that is designed to unite credit systems throughout Britain.
