Cubie to set Scottish education bill rolling

Andrew Cubie will next month give the first evidence to the Scottish Parliament's enterprise and lifelong learning committee as it begins its investigation of new student support legislation.

The committee will produce a report on the government's Education (Graduate Endowment and Student Support, Scotland) Bill, which will form the basis of parliamentary debate.
