DG Research seeks new deputy Director-General

The European Commission's Research DG is looking for a deputy Director-General.

Candidates will need to demonstrate solid resource management experience. A background in management of scientific or technological organisations would be preferable and ideally, candidates will have a scientific background with an excellent understanding of Community research policy. Experience in inter-institutional and international negotiations would be a clear asset.
