Universities have found collaboration with industry simpler, quicker and easier thanks to a set of model contracts, according to a survey by the Association for University Research and Industry Links. The contracts, devised by government adviser Richard Lambert, were introduced last year to prevent conflict over ownership of intellectual property and licensing rights.
