A LINGUIST has won the right to take Westminster University to an industrial tribunal over claims that it unlawfully discriminated against him by withholding his work from the research assessment exercise. Ignat Avsey, a lecturer in Russian language and literature, won the right to a full tribunal at a pre-hearing. The university intends to contest the case.
