The Higher Education Statistics Agency's findings for 1995/96 reveal that: 73 per cent of those whose first destination after HE is full-time employment have permanent or long-term contracts. Some 56 per cent of those whose first destination is part-time employment have permanent or long-term contracts, while 19 per cent of those in fill-time employment have contracts which end after a year of less.
