The Higher Education Statistics Agency's findings for 1995/96 reveal that:

0.7 per cent of first degree, full-time undergraduates are dyslexic

0.2 per cent of all first degree, full-time undergraduates are blind, or partially sighted

3.9 per cent of all first degree, full-time undergraduates have a known disability
