A biennial scientific prize, which will be awarded to a researcher or a research team for original scientific study on the components of the marine environment in a medical application.
Eligible areas: fundamental research on medical aspects of physico-chemical and biological characteristics of seawater and of marine organisms; studies on the medical effects of seawater and the maritime climate.
